Arising Tide Children and Youth Initiative Limited was founded in 2026 with the aim of
running programs with Ugandan organizations through which less fortunate people
can be equipped with the knowledge to change their own life in future. Our
projects are focused on sharing knowledge as we ll as offering the means to
increase self-sustainability. We have a total of 835 full y registered members in
Uganda now
I am Onyango Michael a citizen of Uganda, Business man and a proprietor of Arising Tide Children and Youth Initiative Limited.
This initiative was begun in the year 2026 but the passion for Children and youth has always been the fire in me that sends me to give a helping hand to the impoverished families, Vulnerable children and the young mothers especially the single mothers.
Ever since my youth, I have always endeavored to see the betterment of those in need and all my efforts in the entrepreneurships and business ventures I take on, its for this one reason, to help the next generation through supporting the orphans, vulnerable children using the skills training seminars, Health seminars, counselling and guidance.

We offer skills training development and management to impoverished families and enable them with some capital for business startup
We offer homes to orphans and education, scholastic material to vulnerable children
We give counselling and guidance classes to those young and single mothers and we indulge them in Skills training classes to give them a new start
Am grateful for the Arising Tide Children and Youth Initiative Limited cause the helped me and my baby after finding me in a lonely state were the father to my child had dropped us for another woman, they encouraged me and gave me physical and emotional support.
In a state of not going to school, malnutrition and poor hygiene, Mr. Onyango Michael the founder and Director of Arising Tide Children and Youth Initiative Limited, fed us and took us to school and now we have new friends in school
We thank the Initiative of Mr. Onyango Michael that stood with our family to provide better infrastructure which saved us from the flood waters that always entered our house.
We are a well set organization with a hierarchy in roles and responsibilities well stipulated to the directors and registerd members in the company. Everyone knows their duty and how to do it .
All the donations received from the well wishers are allocated directly to their programs and services, a smaller percentage goes towards administrative and fundraising.
We are a registered company with the Uganda Registration Service Bureau and our registration number is 80034472514632 incase you would like to check with URSB.
The charity is run by the Director with his secretary and Treasurer and their assistants. This is done under the company constitution, Memorandum of understanding and articles of association, which are all registered with the Ugandan government for transparency and accountability
We are specifically registered as a charity
The initiative accepts all kind support that will benefit the target group.
